Dropbox is a great system that allows you to syncronise the files on your computer online and automatically and even between PC’s and Macs.
An account is free to setup and you get 2GB of space (about 2,000MB) to start with although if you need more you can pay (around £6 per month) for 50GB. There’s even 100GB available if you need it.
Worried about those precious photos of the kids? Setup an account and add the files you want to save into your My Dropbox folder. If you are online the files will be copied to the Dropbox site automatically.
If you work from home and have a PC and a laptop, install it on both and easily syncronise files on both computers – so you know you have that client file you need.
If you have a small office then why not use it as a file server?
